The Importance of Prevention

The Natural Aging Process

As we age, our bodies undergo numerous changes. Key molecules involved in redox signaling, such as reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide, decrease by about 10% each decade. These molecules are vital for cellular communication, which keeps our systems functioning at their peak. My Personal Journey

This path of detrimental habits eventually led to severe health issues. I suffered from tonsillitis, frequent colds, daily headaches, poor digestion, and severe acne during puberty. Debilitating sciatica plagued me for over 20 years. Like many, I only sought medical help when symptoms became unbearable, often resulting in medication and bed rest.


The wake-up call I needed came in the form of burnout. A critical moment arrived when I needed two blood transfusions due to dangerously low white blood cell levels. This was a stark reminder that my lifestyle was unsustainable. It was a blessing in disguise, pushing me to prioritize my health and well-being.

Adequate rest, hydration, and nourishment are also key components of my routine.
